To say that Sunita is unique is an understatement. We were selling our family house (which was fully furnished) from interstate and she went above and beyond is preparing the house for auction. Her effort to arrange (pretty much) everything for us from cleaning to throwing rubbish away to moving furniture was certainly a god-send.
