I was disappointed that Sunny blemished an overall good experience by making a couple of commitments that he and the vendor didn't keep. We were told we would easily have access to the property after settlement if we needed to get quotes, measure etc, this didn't happen. We were only given access the day prior to settlement when I was very clear that we would not be settling otherwise. We were assured by Sunny that the owner would get the hail damaged awning roofing repaired under their insurance, this didn't happen either.
Sunny’s character is good, obviously he’s a great ability agent. What he do helps us enormously this time. We are satisfied with him. Expecting we will have a good continuity cooperation from the Real estate agent’s long capable.

Sunny was able to deliver an outcome in a short amount of time which was acceptable to the family. I was impressed with his communication and relationship skills.
