I recently purchased an apartment through Sunny Lee. Sunny was the agent. I booked an inspection. Sunny was polite, punctual, and had a good knowledge of the apartment that I was interested in. This is the largest amount of purchase in my life. My family genuinely like this property and it makes us forget about our budget... I think this is all because of Sunny Lee's professional introduction. BTW, I think we have definitely paid more than the market value coz we don't wanna lose this opportunity. From very first meeting, he spoke just enough to show and explain about the property we were interested. He was not hard selling about the property and answered appropriately without overboard. We were contemplating selling or renting out our property so he came to give assessment. He advised us that if we can manage to hold on to the property for 1-2 years, we should as current market is not so good for selling. I was impressed that he wasn't just thinking about his quick commissions... He also recommended a lawyer for my purchase as I didn't have one.. I would recommend him for all real estate need.
