Honest and competent professional

From very first meeting, he spoke just enough to show and explain about the property we were interested. He was not hard selling about the property and answered appropriately without overboard. We were contemplating selling or renting out our property so he came to give assessment. He advised us that if we can manage to hold on to the property for 1-2 years, we should as current market is not so good for selling. I was impressed that he wasn't just thinking about his quick commissions... He also recommended a lawyer for my purchase as I didn't have one.. I would recommend him for all real estate need.
