After a whirlwind of a settlement experience, I want to give credit to how Sunny was able to handle the situation and facilitate negotiations to satisfy both myself and the sellers. As a buyer, I felt like she was on my side and really felt like she was making an honest effort to maintain open lines of communication between both parties.
