Although we just missed the property inspection time, Sunny & Le went above their call of duty to provide us the inspection. Working with Sunny Singh has exceeded my expectations. As a first time home-buyer, me and my partner were not aware and familiar with any buying terminology or the best process people to involve. When we first met Sunny he was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with me and my partner to explain how everything works. He wasn’t pushing us or gave us any false information about the property. He even recommended a lending agent who we ended up using and I greatly appreciate his contacts to ease the entire process for us. Sunny did follow-up and gave us friendly advises and was willing to meet us late in the evening for inspections also was available whenever we had any queries, he had put together the offer letter within a couple days of our first meeting.
