In November last year we had a serendipitous conversation with a representative of Boutique on the front lawn of our home. Jake was letter dropping and canvassing our area in North Dandenong. I first heard of Boutique via their pamphlets with recent results on properties in our area. Suraj spoke to my husband one day about selling which is something we had only recently decided to do. He phoned one day to catch up and I asked him to call back at the end of September when we would be ready to go on the market. He was one of the few agents that actually listened and did not hassle us on a daily/weekly basis. We were only going to see two agents, one we already knew and Boutique. Suraj rang back at the beginning of October and agreed to see us that day as we intended to make our decision by the next day.
