Surender helped the reviewer buy this property

The best real estate agent, very hard working, great communication and negotiation skills

Surender Kumar has helped us buying this house, He understood our requirement of downsizing our house where we needed to buy another house and settle on the same day, the other agents we met advised it is very hard and impossible however as per Surender kumar it is easy as long as we follow the right strategy. He explained to us the whole plan and sold our house within a week and assisted us finding this house. we had the best experience and he ensured that the process was smooth and kept us informed regarding all step at every stage of the transaction. The best real estate agent, very hard working, great communication and negotiation skills and easily approachable even after hours. if you are looking to buy or sell no doubt, he is the best.
