Susan was an excellent agent. She was friendly and efficient. She always got back to us after a home viewing with honest feedback. We also liked the way she filtered out time wasters. Her staff were great too. Craig was particularly helpful in our sale. We would highly recommend her to others buying or selling.
Everyone involved lied to us, the house is vermin infested, absolutely filthyl Electricity / power points, not working etc etc, , when they told us all is good and in working order, and yes I do have proof of what I am saying it’s pure filth marketed as the perfect place , agent pushed us to buy knowing it’s filth , and infested , cockroaches and ants being the least of it Very disappointed in the agent passing substandard property and wanting top money, knowing that she and everyone else just told us untruths. Real estate agents should be responsible to how property is marketed and how it is presented AND how it’s handed over at settlement Not just collecting their commission and not caring about the buyer who ends up with filt, etc…because they, agents, get their money It’s been lies and constant lies, and disclosure statements are absolutely useless , more lies upon lies Both seller and agents have lied to our face, over and over, again have proof, it’s very disappointing to come across this business dealings

My journey with Susan began around two years ago with the formidable task of finalising my dear late aunt's Deceased Estate. As a first time Executor, its's safe to say I had no idea what I was getting myself into. Two acreage properties, one filled with a lifetime of furnishings, books, paintings, miscellaneous paperwork and a highly temperamental home alarm system. What initially began with the help of organising furniture removal, painters, floorers and gardeners, would parlay into the unenviable job of rectifying the destruction of a sixty year hail storm. This happening the day before the property was to go market. The setback would last over a year with Susan now tasked with organising tree loppers, electricians, plumbers and arduous insurance affiliates. Not to mention her own hands on clean up effort of wiping down rain soaked walls and carpets. Hence, what you may read in similar reviews below - Above and beyond!. There are far too many additional things I will have forgotten. But, suffice to say, we couldn't have asked for a more hardworking, thoughtful, dedicated and caring collaborator and agent.
