Susan is a very positive, thoughtful, punctual, a good listener & just made the whole selling process comfortable for us all. Susan even looked after our dogs and picked up some things we left in a cupboard on the day of settlement. It took 9 days to finalise a buyer from releasing the property for sale, and most of that time was taken up by multiple building inspections.
