Sale of retirement village unit

Susan was engaged to sell my parents' villa in Coombabah. With my parents in their late 80s, and me living elsewhere, we were a little concerned as to how this was going to work. They couldn't have been in better hands with Susan. Apart from being highly professional and able to secure a sale within a much shorter period than we expected, she was a 'straight shooter' and we were able to place our trust in her. She was fantastic with my parents and went above and beyond for both parties in making it all a smooth process. We would not hesitate to recommend her to others.
