This sale situation was made very difficult by Brisbane City Council who had established some "blockers" in the form of essentially invalid VPO's and some additional Building Requirements. These issues turned many buyers away. With Susan's help we negotiated with BCC to achieve a relaxation on the VPO's and clear the way for a sale. It took months and Susan's help was invaluable. We then saw Susan negotiate with buyers to achieve an excellent sale price from our perspective. The outcome was very happy buyers and very happy vendors. I would recommend Susan for any Real Estate Selling or Buying situation - she was persistent, honest, totally communicative and able to present all issues for buyers and sellers to make informed choices. 10 out of 10 in my view.
