Susan was recommended to me by a friend who'd sold her apartment and said she'd definitely chose Susan again when selling. Susan is professional and honest about price expectations and explains the reasons for her price guide. Susan took the time to go through the contract and the fees associated with selling. Amberley was great with styling suggestions to showcase my apartment at its best. I found dealing with Susan, Brett and Amberley to be a great experience and I sold within six weeks for an excellent price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Susan as an agent.

We would highly recommend Susan King & her team. They were very professional & guided us smoothly through the whole selling experience. We were thrilled with the result Susan & her team obtained for us.

I purchased my property from Susan and right from the start of showing me the Property I could see that she was very experienced at her job. The communication throughout the campaign was very good. The times I called her to ask a question she was always so helpful and I would always return my calls promptly. If I ever wanted to sell my property I would be very happy to recommend Susan to my family and friends.

I purchased my current house in Cabarita from Susan and the experience was so easy I did not hesitate to contact Susan once I decided to sell. She has been very understanding, patient and pro active in all that needed to be done.

Susan King is THE only agent to go to if you want a top price and quickly sold. She was spot on with her valuation and her fees are extremely reasonable. She is perfectly partnered with Brett and Amberley to make a team that oozes confidence and professionalism in the art of selling luxury living. I cannot recommend her more highly, she refuses to undersell her properties, always attaining what she has promised and in our case, after only 1 open house! We are extremely happy with the result Susan and her team got for us. Thank you so much Susan, Brett and Amberley for your great expertise.

Very happy with the services of Susan, Brett and Amberley. Should I need to sell again one day I wouldn't hestitate to use them again.
