Difficult market but a sale eventually

Right through the whole process Susan was very patient with us and our situation. My move was from Perth to Margaret River so the distance for the fine tuning of documents, details, even practicalities, could have been problematic. It wasn't! Susan Millar helped us by this house 12 years ago, When the time came to sell it, we first tried another local agent, with very poor results. After several months of showing prospective clients through the house, the only decent offer we had was $30,000 below our asking price.
