Susan and her team worked efficiently and meticulously to assist us in the purchase of our first home. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised at her open and honest approach, which truth be told, we never expected from a real estate agent! She was upfront with us about some existing issues with the property which allowed us time to consider and determine if it was still right for us. Her experience in handling this situation was exemplary and having the full disclosure really was a deal breaker for us.
