Susy and I have been in discussions for about a year. It took us a very long time to get our hobby farm ready for sale, but once it was listed, it was under contract in 3 weeks. It shows tremendous dedication that Susy continued to make regular phone calls (every 3 - 4 weeks) to see how we were going with getting the place ready for sale. Susy worked incredibly hard with open houses and had an offer very quickly. I really appreciated Susy keeping in touch before open houses and immediately after, as well as during the week, letting us know of feedback and how the farm was received by prospective buyers. Her communications skills and professionalism are beyond any other agent I have dealt with previously. Besides all the professionalism, Susy is also warm, generous of spirit and very easy to talk to. In a market where houses in our asking price are very slow to move, we were delighted to receive a very fair offer on the place at the third open house.
