We sold our investment property through Empire Property Co. We had Susan Svenson as our agent. If there was a "10+" rating....Susan would more than deserve this! She displayed to us her expertise in so many ways. She has exceptional knowledge in the market and is extremely experienced in the Real Estate field. Susan is a very approachable and friendly person, that is willing to go above and beyond expectations to achieve the best price.
