A Great Experience

We were amazed at how easy Susan made everything. We didn't feel pushed or pressured to do anything. Susan let us know everything that was going to happen & it all went so well we felt really looked after & treated with respect. We felt we could totally trust Susan in what she was telling us because she backed it up with plenty of information. It was a very pleasing experience which we weren't expecting.
