Hi, We have bought and sold quite a few properties over the years and dealing with agents has always been painful; only from the view that I own and run a business consultancy firm and find it very rare that agents actually offer any service (apart from showing up at an open day and even then that's a bonus). Susan, I found very different her communication and professionalism from day one was head and shoulders above any others I have ever dealt with before; she kept in constant communication even to the point that it was excessive and that was a good thing :) She constantly kept us up to date with written performance reports and feedback on potential buyers / visitors. I have to give Susan a 10/10 for all of this and this is something I very rarely do as I find agents in general to be very poor, Susan has been a standout. I would happily recommend Susan to anyone who is fussy / particular about customer service, and wants a predetermined outcome.
