Sushant Gupta

We had a fantastic experience with AG Property selling my parents’ property and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and Sushant was amazing to deal with from start to finish. He was always easy to talk to, approachable, and available even after hours. He patiently answered all our questions and genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for our family. We never felt like just another sale, and his communication and dedication made the whole experience so much easier. We ended up achieving more than we expected, and we’re incredibly grateful for all his hard work and support. We would highly recommend Sushant and AG Property to anyone looking to sell their property. Thank you for making what can be a stressful process such a positive experience!

We recently bought our home in Hampton Park, and we’re so happy with the property. Sushant Gupta from AG Property was great to deal with and kept communication clear throughout the process. He made everything really easy for us, and we’re very excited about our new home. I’d highly recommend Sushant to anyone looking to buy their first home or purchase a property.

Sushant was professional and showed a thorough market knowledge of the Hampton park area. He was sincere, trustworthy, considerate and even patient and understanding of our situation throughout the Sale of our property. As promised, he did not hassle us in any way but always communicated clearly as and when required. He was completely dedicated to getting the best outcome for the Sale of our property and exceeded expectations in our Sale. I would have no hesitation to recommending Sushant to other Sellers wanting to sell in this area. Thankyou Sushant for all of your kindness and diligence in the sale of our property.

Sushant was a great help throughout the process making everything easy to understand. He presented well and showed expertise in their knowledge of the market to help us find the best offer. He also provided quick advice and was communicative.

Always taking care of me and finding the best options for the sale of my house. Very professional approach with a deep knowledge of the area.

Sushant was recommended to us by an old friend who said he was a good bloke and a person of integrity. We did chat to a few other agents, but in the end Sushant stood out as being someone who was highly approachable that we thought we could easily work with, which was important as this was the first time we have sold a house. One thing that made him stand out was his network of buyers which provided an extra avenue for sale. Using this network the house was quickly sold off market, which also saved us $5k on advertising fees, and we bypassed the standard "for sale" sign out the front and house opens, etc. Most importantly, he achieved a higher sale price than others had suggested possible. He also has excellent connections with tradies who did a wonderful job with some pre sale required home improvements at prices well under what others were quoting. Throughout the entire process Sushant displayed a great combination of being professional and extremely knowledgeable whilst also being very easy to deal with and approachable. We're glad we chose Sushant, and highly recommend him.
