Sushant is a very nice and genuine guy. He Sold my property for above my expectation. The whole selling process was extremely smooth as i was not in Melbourne and we communicated through sms and phone call. He made me feel very comfortable and explained the whole process from start to finish. He managed to sell the house within 2 week. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who is thinking of selling.
Sushant helped us sell our property within 2 weeks. It was in the market for 4 months. Once Sushant took over the responsibility as our sales agent he remarkably got it sold within that short time. He gave us very honest opinion about our property and because of that honesty we would loved him to take on the role again if we have to sell any property in the future
very professional , knowledgeable, friendly and has great communications skill. Sold my property within 8 days which the previous agent couldn't sell it for 4 months. Highly recommended.
Excellent communication skills, very knowledgeable. He is all that a professional agent should be.
