Sushant went above and beyond when selling my investment property. The tenant leasing the property at the time of the sale was not cooperative and would often cancel appointments last minute. Despite this Sushant still managed to have regular open houses and get my asking price. He maintained a good relationship with the tenant to ensure she left the house clean and presentable. Sushant was always quick to respond to any questions I had and kept me in the loop the entire process. He communicated with both conveyancers to make sure the sale went smoothly and on time. Previous to selling my investment property with Sushant he sold me my current home.
