Sushant gained my trust as he had previously help us out with another property and i couldnt imagine anone else handeling the sale of your house. We advertised with him and even with COVID-19 he managed to sell our home with in 2 weeks! he is genuine, straight forward and has amazing work ethic. 100% stress-free experience.
The best agent I deal with . Sushant is a household name when it comes to real estate . He knows his stuff , He is compassionate and not pushy. Easy to approachable and friendly . Thanks you so much for great job .
sushant is the most genuine real estate agent we have ever met. He helped us negotiate with the sellers very professionally and was NEVER once condescending about our offers. I will certainly recommend him to my friends as you can't get a more decent agent than him. Hope to meet you someday again Sushant
Sushant did a fantastic job in selling our investment property in Narre Warren South. He explained the whole process to us and made the whole journey very enjoyable. Will definitely recommend him to anyone selling or buying.
This is our first property purchase so we weren’t familiar with all the processes involved. Sushant is friendly, approachable and knowledgeable in his field which makes him such a great agent. He has gone above and beyond in explaining everything to us, liaising in a professional manner between all parties involved and following things through. Without Sushant’s involvement we may not have found the property of our dreams so we are very grateful for all his help! We would definitely recommend him to our family and friends as he ha made this process a breeze!
Sharp Agent Sushant was knowledgable and attentive. He was skilled at his job and honest as well. He got us an excellent price and we recommend him highly.
Sushant was always available and could answer our questions during the process, and was following up with all our requests, couldn't ask for more.
My husband & I would like to sincerely thank Sushant for everything He did to ensure that the sale of our much loved home has been such a success for us . From the very first phone call ,to explore the possibility of listing our house , Sushant was friendly , approachable, flexible , available & thoroughly professional in every way . Nothing was too much of a hassle & no question went unanswered . We are delighted that Sushant was our agent during this experience & I can say that we will definitely recommend LJ Hooker Hampton Park & in particular, Sushant , to any of our family & friends , who may be thinking of moving house in the future . I can't sing his praises highly enough , Sushant navigated us seamlessly through one of life's stressors , and we are very appreciative of his advice & guidance in the whole process . We wish him great success in the future.. he deserves it ! Ann & Ian Hamilton🏠🏠🏠
Sushant was unique in his enthusiasm and dedication to sell our property. His market knowledge is second to none and he has responded to all messages from us immediately. We have dealt with several Agents over the years but Sushant was a refreshing change to the majority. His ever courteous and frank communications rather than just saying what he thought we wanted to hear were of great value to us. We would thoroughly recommend Sushant to any seller or indeed any purchaser. Thanks from us both Sushant.
Sushant went above and beyond when selling my investment property. The tenant leasing the property at the time of the sale was not cooperative and would often cancel appointments last minute. Despite this Sushant still managed to have regular open houses and get my asking price. He maintained a good relationship with the tenant to ensure she left the house clean and presentable. Sushant was always quick to respond to any questions I had and kept me in the loop the entire process. He communicated with both conveyancers to make sure the sale went smoothly and on time. Previous to selling my investment property with Sushant he sold me my current home. As a buyer I was just as happy with his service and communication (which is why I contacted him when I was selling). I would not hesitate to recommend Sushant Gupta.
Sushant did fantastic job selling our house. I will be recommended to our friends. Thanks!
