Susie was a pleasure to deal with, and very precise, and honest, with all her dealings, with me and potential buyers . Susie knowledge of the market and pricing stratagies was outstanding. Susie read the market well, especially in this super tough time that we are in at present. I had additional issues with high strata levies and a car stacker which were a major deterrent to many of my potential buyers. However, having said all this, Susie achieved an outstanding price which I was not exspecting in this market down turn. Thank you Susie for all your efforts and hard work.

In short - Susie is an agent we can trust, and have done so now on 3 different house sales. So many agents dangle an unrealistic selling price to secure an agency and then not only don’t deliver, but end up costing their clients money because they wait for a Unicorn buyer. Susie does not do that. She does the hard work on nuanced comparables, the state of the market, photography, descriptions, marketing plan and house preparation. She has an orchestra of great trades at her beck and call if needed. She’s unflappable and great with the buyers. Our sale went through after just three opens, for a price that subsequent sales have proven to be excellent (and in line with what she said it was worth initially). We could not be happier with her skill, energy and professionalism, and recommend her to any seller.
