Was bit disappointed with the condition of house when we purchase as owner left it unclean. However, Susie went above and beyond and even bought cleaner for us to clean the whole 3 bed room house before we moved in. Very understanding.
Susie came to our very first meeting with lots of information printed for us to take away and think about. She is very knowledgeable and her approach is forthright and friendly. She worked very hard to get us a good price in a very depressed market. Outcome was higher than any other agent had suggested
Susie was fantastic! She really went the extra mile to enable us to find the property we wanted. And was also very attentive
Susie is a dedicated, hard working, professional yet lovely real estate agent. She put in a huge effort to sell our property in a very difficult market and kept professional despite hick ups and difficulties . She is always well prepared, friendly and committed and I would recommend her to anybody looking for a fantastic sales agent. Many thanks for all you efforts, Susie!
Very helpful, and conscience. She made our job easy, especially since we live in Perth Western Australia.
Susie took the time to explain the current market suitation and she kept me posted thru out the sale period. She is helpful and very professional in what she does.
Recommend Susie and will call her again when I’m ready for my next property
Well organised, very good with negotiation. I personally recommend Susie. 7 star Agent.
Susie made every effort for us to view the property at our own time. She was helpful and always kept us posted. The whole experience was a breeze.
We purchased a property that Susie was the selling agent for. Susie had been the agent for other properties that we viewed, listened to our desires, and drew to our attention this particular property. She was accommodating of our desire for more than one viewing, assisted to organise reports to be prepared, and promoted the property well on behalf of the seller. Since purchase we have had no unpleasant surprises. We would happily use Susie to sell the property in the future.
