Genuine agent and great communicator

It was a pleasure to have Susie as our agent. She was genuine, punctual, friendly and kept in regular contact with us throughout the week to keep us informed. She was so committed to us and our property she went around the afternoon after cyclone Marcus hit to check if there was any damage. She even did an open inspection the next day!
