Susie was fantastic to work with throughout the sale of our property. She was friendly, professional, and an excellent communicator, keeping us informed every step of the way. Her knowledge of the local area gave us great confidence, and we always felt she had our best interests at heart. Most importantly, we felt completely safe having our property in her hands. We highly recommend Susie to anyone looking to sell their home.

Susie did a great job selling my property. She's an excellent communicator who kept me informed throughout the whole process, and when things started to veer off track at one point, she handled the situation professionally to get everything back on course. I'm very happy with her service and would recommend her to anyone looking to sell.

We decided to speak to Susie about selling our Mascot apartment given her exceptional track record selling apartments in our complex. In talking through her plan for a campaign it was clear that she had deep knowledge about the local apartment market and the types of buyers who were likely to be interested in our property. She was easy to communicate with throughout the process - always highly responsive to our questions and quick to pick up the phone to provide updates. We were very happy with the outcome she achieved for us and would highly recommend her.

Susie was a pleasure to deal with from the get go. She is super responsive, gave us excellent advice and helped us through the whole sale process - from assisting with tenant vacation, obtaining quotes for and organising painting and flooring in preparation for sale and most importantly successfully sourcing a purchaser - all within 2 weeks of our tenant vacating! Susie is highly knowledgeable of the Mascot apartment market and in particular the Aero market. I have no hesitation in recommending Susie to assist you in the sale of your property.

I had a great experience working with Susie to sell my apartment. She has an excellent understanding of the local market and a strong insight into what buyers are looking for, which helped position my property effectively. Her selling strategy was well planned and highly effective, resulting in my apartment selling much quicker than similar properties on the market and at a price that exceeded my expectations. Her professionalism and dedication made the selling experience smooth and stress-free!

Susie is a very professional seller's agent. From the renovation of the house, to setting the listing price, to communicating with the seller, Susie independently and responsibly handled the entire process, giving us, who were overseas, great peace of mind. In a complex and changing market, Susie provided us with accurate judgment and guidance, seized every potential buyer, and communicated and negotiated effectively, achieving a very satisfactory price. Overall, I would give Susie a perfect ten.

Selling my home with Susie was a genuinely positive experience from start to finish. She’s a true expert in the area, and her knowledge of the market made the whole process feel clear and well‑guided. Her communication was excellent, it was always timely, honest, and focused on keeping me informed. I really appreciated how available she was. No matter what came up, Susie was there to answer questions, explain things in a way that was easy to understand, and offer practical solutions whenever I needed them. Her calm, confident approach made a stressful process feel manageable. I’m incredibly grateful for her support and would highly recommend Susie to anyone looking to sell.

I chose Susie after seeing her achieve great results selling several units in my building. She delivered again — my unit sold at a price far above my expectations, and it happened after the very first inspection! I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and highly recommend her.

Susie has a blended skill as a property advisor helping buyer and seller to have a win win deal

Selling my apartment wasn’t the easiest, but overall it was a positive experience. Susie’s enthusiasm really stood out—she brought great energy to open homes and presented the property professionally throughout the campaign. She was consistent with inspections and diligent in following up with interested buyers, which helped keep things moving. Communication was clear, the process ran smoothly, and the property was ultimately sold. While I’d love to see more strategy at times, I’d happily trust Susie again with my next home.

GREAT RESULT! Record price in the building thanks to Susie
