She had great influencing and negotiating skills when dealing with prospective buyers and one thing that we would like to note is that she was chasing the highest bid on our home, not just looking to sell the house quickly. She was also willing to provide detailed reports on houses that we were looking at and would offer her recommendations on price ranges that we could offer on the purchase of those homes. The real estate market had changed quite drastically during Covid-19 so it was more challenging to find a property but she looked after us during the process and I would highly recommend Suzana.
