From our first contact, I could tell by the way Suzana spoke to me, our journey together would be one of trust and confidence. Her opening words to many conversations were "there's nothing to worry about, its all part of the process!" My property was rented at the time and managed by another company with whom Suzana worked without any interruptions to the marketing/selling plan. Suzana developed a exceptional working relationship with the tenants and was extremely mindful of their needs and responded appropriately. I was frequently updated with progress and reassured when challenges arose. In a nut shell, Suzana exercised due diligence, was completely transparent and professional.
