Suzanne Atkinson's foremost quality (along with her market knowledge and communication skills) is her honesty and trustworthiness. She makes a genuine connection with vendors - and, I believe, buyers - and does her utmost to satisfy both. In my case, she acceded to my request to do inspections only in the mornings, and at almost every inspection, she had several interested parties looking at my house. She had the first inspection organised for 29 May and contracts were exchanged on 26 June. I never expected such a quick result, aided by the brilliant skills of Gethin Coles as photographer and videographer of the house as well as the strong interest from the eventual purchasers.
She did a great job not pressuring me making a huge life decision about options and being up to vendor to decide. I only assume the vendor also felt considered in this process.
