She enabled smooth communication to flow between myself and the vendor and made what could have been an impossible and difficult purchase a smooth and seamless transaction. She helped us to extend settlement which enabled us to settle on the sale of our other property first and avoid bridging finance and other associated potential headaches. She always has a smile and no request ever felt like an inconvenience. Suzanne was genuinely willing to help us at each step and is a definte problem solver! I couldn't be happier with our experience. We are so excited to move into our lovely new home.
