I would highly recommend Suzanne Boylan of Gibson Partners. She has particular experience in selling properties for owners downsizing or moving to Aged Care. We needed a quick sale and everything was handled very efficiently and speedily, including arranging for extras like painting, new carpets and cleaning. Communication was first rate and we were always kept in the loop with respect to the progress of the sales campaign. All in all a very positive experience.
