While we chose to sell our house when the market was poor, the result exceeded our expectations, particularly for 'first time sellers', like us. We spent some time looking for an agent, and chose Suzanne due to her comfortable nature, frank advice and not wanting to ramble on like a 2nd hand car salesman, like some did. She had a plan and worked with us to present the property ready for sale and we received regular and relevant updates and advice on its progress.
