Suzanne Foss was friendly and easy to deal with, she worked to accommodate our needs, e.g. an early settlement and move in date as well as getting some work done before we had possession of the house. The only problem we have is that Suzanne did not mention all of the planes that fly over the area and some days there are quite a few of them. I am so grateful to Suzanne Foss for everything she did to expedite the sale of my property. She was gracious in taking on the sale, even though it was the week before Christmas.. As well, Suzanne also understood and immediately made it a matter of urgency to get it on the market quickly when my tenants unexpectedly gave notice to leave. She made me feel that I was her most important client and that nothing was too much trouble. At all times Suzanne was incredibly professional, going out of her way between Christmas and New Year to make sure my property was officially on the market as quickly as possible, taking a number of people through and communicating with me every step of the way. Right from the start I was impressed with her knowledge of the current market, her honest and encouraging evaluation of what my house was worth and her conviction that it would be sold by the end of January. She went over and above on a very busy weekend of Open Houses to negotiate a sale price I was happy with and a quick settlement date to suit my personal circumstances.
