Suzanne Foss was friendly and easy to deal with, she worked to accommodate our needs, e.g. an early settlement and move in date as well as getting some work done before we had possession of the house. The only problem we have is that Suzanne did not mention all of the planes that fly over the area and some days there are quite a few of them. I am so grateful to Suzanne Foss for everything she did to expedite the sale of my property. She was gracious in taking on the sale, even though it was the week before Christmas.. As well, Suzanne also understood and immediately made it a matter of urgency to get it on the market quickly when my tenants unexpectedly gave notice to leave.
