Suzanne Foss knows her stuff. After purchasing through Suzanne 5 years ago, we recently retained her to sell 2 properties on our behalf. The first she said "don't touch it, it will sell as is" And it did. We aimed high and achieved well over other similar properties in the street. The second property she suggested we "stage" which was expensive but we took the plunge on her advice. We more than covered the cost involved, and sold quickly for $60,000 more than another agent, who had recently sold two other properties in our street, had said our property was worth.
