About Suzanne

Suzanne Hardingham began selling real estate in the Gold Coast hinterland in the late 1980’s and many years of selling property since have given her a thorough understanding of the vagaries of the market, from both a professional and personal perspective. In 2005 Suzanne bought a property at Christmas Creek, just south of Beaudesert, where she runs cattle and horses, and in addition, as a testament to her belief in the market, she owns investment properties on the Gold Coast and in Beaudesert. Since moving to the Scenic Rim, Suzanne has qualified as a fully licensed real estate agent and as such can offer clients a wealth of experience in all aspects of property appraisal, presentation, marketing and negotiation. Having sold numerous properties around Beaudesert, from residential homes to large acreage and commercial investments, Suzanne has formed many wonderful associations through her caring attitude and commitment to ensure that both sellers and buyers are happy about their most important investment. Suzanne has an open and honest approach, a commitment to do her very best for every client and the integrity, experience and ability to achieve the best possible outcomes. Suzanne is delighted to have joined RE/MAX Regency in 2012 and believes that the RE/MAX marketing strategies, support and management structure is superior to any other system, not only in terms of client satisfaction but in providing the best possible return to successful agents in a very competitive environment. At the Australian Remax Awards held in February 2017 Suzanne was made a member of the Remax Australia Gold Club for outstanding performance and achievements. She attributes this success to the support, confidence and kind referrals of sellers and buyers in the Beaudesert Region. Remax Regency was ranked the No. 1 agency in Queensland at the recent Rate My Agent awards in March 2017.
