Suzanne and her team did an amazing job in a hard market, providing us with excellent advice and encouragement. It would have been easy for her to recommend some offers to simply move the house but that is not her style. Nor does she engage in wasting buyers time with bait advertising low prices (that vendors won’t accept) or pressuring about auctions and offers that don’t exist. Plenty of other agents use all the buzz words to obtain a listing (plans, strategies etc) but push them for the substance and it is wafer thin. Suzanne has a great understanding of the property market and despite our thoughts about withdrawing and staying put she advised we leave on market throughout Christmas. The Abode teams efforts did not take a holiday over Christmas/New Year despite the office being “closed” and that is when the right buyer came along. A perfect fit for our house and we are thrilled to be handing over the keys to someone who will love it as much as we have whilst still making it their own.
