Both my brother and myself are totally over the moon with the outcome of the sale of our family home. Suzanne is a highly professional individual with a great deal of knowledge of Real Estate that lead to our great outcome. Suzanne is very approachable and our conversations were easy to understand and productive.. I would, without a doubt, employ Suzanne again should the need arises. Warmest regards Emma

Thank you very much Suzanne for the pleasurable and hassle free experience of selling my home. Your guidance, knowledge and expert advice was professional and at the same time, warm and friendly. It felt like I was opening my home to a trusted friend. Your attention to detail and knowledge of my house helped prospective buyers to have as much information as possible. All of the team were courteous and helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend Suzanne and the team at Century 21 Charlestown, with deepest gratitude.

Suzanne Hill was excellent to deal with - she communicated well, was helpful in providing information/advice and made the whole process easy to manage.

In our experience, the best way to sell is to get the right strategy (staging, auction, pricing, timing) market to a large audience, and apply a lot of Sales enthusiasm. With the several properties we have sold, Suzanne has consistently got all aspects right. We can't fault her. Suzanne uses her wealth of experience, together with the backing of Century 21 to ensure that we have reached out to a large potential clientele AND maximised their opportunity to view the property such that a sale can be achieved. Suzanne is excellent at providing regular & prompt updates on the progress during the marketing phase, as well as being highly professional. Suzanne will be honest with you & the back-up from Suzanne's team is also excellent. It really was an easy decision for us to continue using Suzanne for our most recent sale.

We found Suzanne to be experienced and knowledgeable - very easy to work with. Suzanne kept us informed of progress on a regular basis and we appreciated her professional skills that achieved a great result. We will have no hesitation in recommending Century 21 to family and friends.

FANTASTIC! Suzanne was "on the job" from start to finish. Kept us up to date as necessary. A great experience with the sale being negotiated in a very short space of time. A pleasure to deal with, no hesitation in recommending Suzanne and Century 21 Charlestown.

I have asked Suzanne Hill to sell property for me a couple of times over the years. Suzanne is always so friendly and approachable. I received an honest appraisal and a consistent and professional approach to the sale. She is punctual and her communication is brilliant. I have always sold my properties in a very reasonable time frame within the price range Suzanne had told me to expect. I would not hesitate to recommend Suzanne to anyone wanting to sell a property. If you want an honest, hard working agent who truly works for the Vendor Suzanne Hill is the person to call.

Suzanne and C21 Charlestown have been outstanding in generating the best outcome for us in an uncertain market. The sale exceeded our expectations. Suzanne's communication over the past few years has been exceptional. Suzanne involved us in every step in the sale of our house. Having purchased the property through C21 Charlestown twenty one years ago we have also had other property leased by and through this agency. We thoroughly recommend Suzanne and the C21 Charlestown members for any type of real estate matter.

Suzanne recently sold our rental property of 14 years. We found Suzanne to be honest, keen and reliable. She was extremely knowledgeable of the Charlestown Property Market and gave outstanding advice. Suzanne kept us informed of all negotiations, walking us through the process. Our rental property was sold in three weeks for a price we were happy with. We would highly recommend Suzanne as she is both professional and skilled, as well as understanding of the needs of the seller.

Suzanne was great to deal with and understanding that this was our first home purchase so was always accommodating in any questions we had.

I was recommended Suzanne Hill by a friend. I am so glad that I was. Suzanne took most of the stress and anxiety out of selling my home. Her knowledge and understanding of the industry helped to maximise the sale of my home. This put my mind to ease knowing my home was in great hands. Suzanne’s communication is also faultless. I was kept up to date from start to finish. Suzanne is a true professional. She is down to earth with a great personality and sense of humour. Thankyou Suzanne for being an absolute pleasure to work with.

Suzanne was very organised and professional. She kept in constant contact with us regarding the plan, the process and any offers etc. She was extremely helpful organising some tradesmen and a cleaner. We would recommend her to others. Thanks again
