Very pleasant and friendly person. Suzette squeezed us into her schedule at the last minute to show us around 2 properties. We found Suzette to be very accommodating and knowledgeable.

Unfortunately, I can not recommend Suzette. She lacked effective communication, was critical regarding feedback and did not follow up upon sale of the unit. Also, the company failed to take the GST out when they we’re sorting the Cheques for the completion of sale- asking for it after the deal had been complete. What I can say in Suzette’s favour is that she did sell the property in a timely fashion and I received a fair price for my apartment.

Suzette has a pleasant personality. Her professionalism, knowledge of real estate and ability to negotiate the best price made me very happy. Very refreshing to find such a capable person.

Suzette was excellent and we couldn't have asked for a better experience in the purchase of our property. From the moment I contacted Suzette to arrange an inspection time, after the actual open house times, as we couldn't make it that morning, negotiating our purchase price and coordinating building & pest inspections, Suzette was completely understanding and communicated with us continually throughout our purchase. It made buying our home stress free. Thanks Suzette, we really appreciate your effort in helping us.
