I viewed the property and put an offer on the same day and was excepted. Suzey followed up on the issues with the property to make sure that everything was done properly and liaised with the seller and contractors to ensure the property was ready for settlement. Very professional,knowledgeable and friendly. After the inspection everything was completed by phone due to distance and nothing was to much trouble.
