I highly recommend Suzi Baker as the Agent to sell your home. Along with her husband Arthur they know the Heathridge area well. They also work well with the people selling their home. Suzi had a fair idea of what my house would go more than I did and when she told me what it would go for I said no way. But with her expertise my house sold for more than I expected. Arthur and Suzi's knowledge of what their buyers want helps the buyers get what they want. I can't praise Suzi and Arthur Baker enough for the sale of my home . This is the first time I have sold my home and every step explained clearly and in language I understood. When the contract was signed I had no problems with the understanding of it as it was explained properly. The communication between you and Suzi on going and when they are going to open your home you get plenty of warning and as we have a dog this great so we knew what to do with her. Also we didn't have to leave the home when it was opened which was I was happy with. Suzi also helped me with accommodation after my home was sold.
