Suzi is an amazing agent with amazing skills! This is the second time we have chosen Suzi to be our agent and each time has been a great experience. Suzi is extremely knowledgeable and has outstanding communication skills. Buying/selling properties is stressful but Suzi is always there to help you each step of the way and is more than happy to give advice. I have known Suzi for 4 1/2 years through my property requirements. Originally Suzi completed a evaluation on my home when my partner passed away and Suzi has been of the utmost help to me through this long process of me being ready to move interstate. She has given me advise on upgrades to be completed, advise on finding a Building Inspector when I had problems with someone who was working on my house, she has given me advise on how to handle companies who where moving my household items interstate. She is a very professional and heart worming person. I have been going through many difficult times and have not been as helpful to Suzi as she has required, but she just hung in there, and persisted in the right way, to get me through the many things needed to be completed in this process of selling my home. Doing this by myself, as a widow with a small child, has been very hard and I so appreciate everything that Suzi has done for me. And to top it all off, Suzi sold my house within a couple of days with a suitable price. I would highly recommend Suzi to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home.
