Overall my husband and I were very happy with the service provided to us by Suzie. She was very warm and genuine. She had a great knowledge of the local area and was very personable. She has been very helpful also throughout the entire sales process and we feel she went out of her way to build a good relationship with us. It was also impressive seeing the relationship she built with the vendors. The only criticism we have is that the negotiations seemed a little unprofessional at one point. It felt a little like a private auction off the books. We felt the sales tactic of raising the price during negotiations gave us no option but to surrender to the price the vendors ultimately wanted which didnt feel like a fair negotiation. Apart from this, we would definitely recommend Fletchers and Suzie to any friends or family looking to sell their property.
