Susie is so far from what you imagine the most annoying cliche traits of a real estate agent. She is straight forward honest and so easy to work with. Doesn't hype things up beyond expectation and is real with you when you need pivot and go in a different direction. Straight away you know you can trust her with the keys to your house. What we loved is the process by which she hold the house, no playing buyers off one another, just honest conversations with where everyone is at and you can tell she genuinely cared about helping us to find another place once we were done. That we really appreciated.
