From the moment I met Suzie I felt at ease and I trusted her. I dealt with Suzie with a few properties and she was always honest about the condition/work required. Throughout the purchase process she was responsive, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. My vendor was OS and Suzie didn't seem to mind being the conduit for Q&A between us about things that I imagine usually aren't a typical part of the process (like taking on a cat!).
