Suzie is the best

Suzie went above and beyond to get the best price for my father's apartment. She helped with the renovations and was always available and there when I needed her. She has excellent knowledge of the market and not only got us an amazing price that exceeded our expectations (by a long way!) but sold the property in less than a week. Seeing the prices of similar properties in the area I think you'd be crazy to go with another agent.
