I picked quite possibly the worst time to sell. Right when the world realised that they should probably start taking this Covid-19 thing seriously, WA included. Hysteria grew, paranoia took hold, and that spare roll of toilet paper you stashed under the removable floorboard soon become your most prized possession and closely guarded secret. Did any of that stop Suzy from selling my place? Not in the slightest. Not only was she able to light the fires of interest in a seemingly unending horde of potential buyers, but she was also ruthless about my safety during the home opens (I was still living in the place). My agent was doing double-time as my personal bodyguard. She got it done. Really felt like she was on my team the whole time. 10/10, would do it all over again.
