After being responsible for renting out my North Melbourne apartment for nearly 13 years, I approached W B Simpson to sell the apartment. I was put onto Syd Sherrin. Syd acted promptly, gave me the selling options he considered best given that my apartment was tenanted. These options made sense, and I trusted his judgement. True to his word, he made contact with potential investors and within a couple of weeks I had two offers which quickly led to a sale for a price that I was happy with. At all times, Syd was available by phone or email. His communication was excellent. He was friendly and helpful, and seemed genuinely interested in working with me to meet my needs. I would not hesitate to recommend Syd.
