Over those years, we have had Sylvia as the sole agent, and several tenants, the last being for 10 years since 2015. Sylvia has managed this property for us superbly in attending to all and any maintenance, dealing very professionally with all the trades people and the Strata Manager, attending to regular inspections of the property and reporting back, renewing the annual rental agreements promptly and negotiating with any changes in the monthly rental and in line with the appropriate market rates of Dee Why. This is evident with satisfied long-term tenants and very satisfied long-term Owners. Sylvia has a vast array of trade contacts for those jobs in the Unit, who have always attended promptly and provided excellent work. This is a tribute to Sylvia with her excellent relationship handling with the various trades. We have received every one of our rental statements and end of year statements both promptly and accurately. Sylvia has always kept us well informed, and always contacted us to discuss any matters relating to the lease and the Strata property in general. To attest to the high esteem we hold for Sylvia, we decided to sell the Unit, and Sylvia agreed to handle the sale. The property was sold to the long-term tenants at very acceptable price for both us and the Purchasers, with a few weeks of indicating it was for sale. This is another testament to the high standing we have of Sylvia, and possibly also shared by the tenants, now new Owners. We attest to the professionalism, promptness and special attention that Sylvia provides, and we are very grateful for the longstanding wonderful service Sylvia has provided us. Sylvia was everything we could have asked for in a REA when buying our first home. Helpful, patient, professional and friendly on top of it all. From talking us through each step of the process to accommodating temporary access to the property for inspectors etc, Sylvia was a pleasure to deal with, topping it all off with a celebratory bottle of bubbles when we picked up the keys!
