Sylwia is a very hard working agent. In every encounter we had with her and every time we requested her to chase up some additional information for us such as a rental appraisal she did so in a timely manner. If she hadn't followed up as much as she had we most likely wouldn't of bought the property. She clearly represented the sellers interests (which as a buyer makes complete sense to me) and was also upfront and honest in any of our dealings (not always a characteristic I have experienced in the past with real estate agents) I would be happy to use / recommend Silwia next time we decide to sell.
