We decided to investigate the feasibility of selling our investment property in Turner when the tenant moved out quite suddenly. Symon talked to us about the potential impact of COVID-19 (the short-term restrictions then in place and the long term implications for the market), the price range we might expect and the marketing strategy options available. We decided to go for a quick intense marketing strategy, with professional styling and an indicative "price-plus" target. Within 3 weeks we had a number of offers on the table which Symon talked us through, and we agreed that he should approach two of them for a best and final offer. By the end of the fourth week we had a confirmed buyer, and above our initial target price. The sale settled 3 weeks later. Throughout, Symon kept us informed of what was happening at each stage of the process.
